You can also order an active scan of a star. Active scan will take 60 minutes, and if the ship moves out of the star system, the active scan will be canceled. I cannot order an active scan from my station. I get this message: "This ship does not have any active Wormhole Detector modules! Make sure the WHD modules have personnel and are installed on the ship."
