I asked him about validating the rumor of an upcoming ‘Galactic Charter’. His ‘NO COMMENT’ comment was: “I have no knowledge , until now, concerning a ‘Galactic Charter’. Sargas Explorations are not privy to the diplomatic affairs of the PMI corporation, nor that of any other corporation. What exactly did you hear?
