Mining filter for new mining modules

Hi Sir Emi.
Just a minor bug. With installed specialist miners/atmos harvesters, when you click on the mining filter tab under modules, none of the installed specialist mining/harvesting modules appear. They appear when you select "all modules" however.

I think that goes for a number of module types which I think should go in a separate 'special' module filter tab.
