Astro Galaxy - a realistic space exploration game

Something I noticed.  When you are given your 2nd ship after graduation, it doesn't give you a second ship license. It doesn't make sense that it doesn't because you are not supposed to be able to use more then 1 ship with just 1 license.  I am not sure if this a bug or not. But I thought I would post about it.  I went ahead and purchased the 2nd license since I am going to eventually need to get a 3rd anyways for when I go to get my 3rd ship.
