---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This letter is to provide proof of a written agreement between both Pirating & Mining, Inc and New Horizons. The terms are as follows. 1. Neither Corporation may attack any ship, space station, planet or module belonging to the other Corporation under any circumstances except for the following reasons. a. Corporation Members are trading with one another. b. Corporation Members are giving a module/modules/other resources to another Corporation member. 2. Neither Corporation is required to share information with the other. 3. Neither Corporation is required to help the other.
