I, CliffClavin, am willing to live peacefully in exile. But under certain conditions, all major corporations must take me off their KOS list, I must be allowed free passage anywhere in the universe, all my assets will be free from attack. I will suspend my attacks for 24 hours, after that I will begin again but will still negotiate to end the attacks. If I am attacked I will immediately end negotiations. This thread will be dedicated to negotiations.

The Empire had a peaceful relationship (live and let live) with you until YOU attacked us.
Pay your fine and we can move back to a more peaceful existence.

This is not really the path to take when asking for membership. Attack us, pay a light fine, and ...

The Imperial citizens are voting on your application as we speak...

If there are any objections to this membership among the Corporations, please let me know, as I am a little hesitant (if you know what I mean)...

I have been told that CliffCalvin has payed a fine to SPQNR, (I have not been able to verify this), and has been removed from our active KOS list, (I have seen for myself that he is not marked as active), so there are no objections here. (pending continued good behavior of course)

I have reformed and the things I stole I no longer have to to storing them in a ship and the ship was attacked.

How am I to know who you will allow in MY corporation.

The Empire is not a vassal state of the Syndicate. [SSS[] has absolutely NO say in the affairs of the Empire.
We are supposed to be friends with an alliance. We don't do this to friends.

Any Imperial Citizen is also your friend and ally. You owe Capt. Clavin (at minimum) an apology.
You owe the Empire 5000 diamonds (or QP equivalent). Don't forget the 5% interest rate charged monthly.

And, Cliff, Please be quiet during these negotiations.
