Title: Personnel hitpoints

The hitpoints of the personnel depending on where they are is as follows:

Ships: Marines 3 HP, Trained Civilian 1 HP

Stations / Planetary: Marines 9 HP, Trained Civilian 3 HP

The personnel on stations and ground take advantage of the local terrain / surroundings and are heavily fortified against attacks.
Ships on the other hand are more fragile and do not offer so much protection for the crew.

9 HP means it will take 9 damage to kill one personnel.

Is this change already added ?
Because my planet still have the same manpower.

Or maybe the hit point do not affect manpower ?

Yeah update is in place.

The manpower stays the same for now, they are just tougher to kill on planet and station.
You'll notice they take more damage and die harder.
