Its not easy to find members here. The possibilities in game are a bit rare.

Only a few players use the forum, as everywhere, that makes it hard to recruit anyone.

you have provided us with a few recruits Jazzbob. Thanks for that. Probably attacking their outposts instead of sending them a greeting is not the best method of recruitment lol. Sure they used to "pressgang" navy members millenia ago, but i think that practice is frowned upon nowadays ;) Try a little sugar and honey!

Well the relation between our corps at the moment is neutral. A hold fire has been placed upon your corporation until further notice pending your continued operations and direction. Be true to your stance and those relations will grow over time. Trading for now is difficult between corporations under the current gaming design since at the moment we dont as a rule operate public trading outlets. This policy may change in the future but for the moment we are focused on forming a Galactic Council within the community. More details to be posted elsewhere when all details are available and all parties to the proposed council are agreed to the conditions.

lol.  We have Corp ships we allow our members to use. But I don't go as far as giving them constant QP.  That can get costly. Especially if you have a large alliance.lol. We do offer to help out with the first month of VIP though if they don't have it. Some of them don't realize how useful it really is until they got it. Then they are like wow you were right. It's the same way I was when I was talked into trying it lol

Thats right, VIP is a nice thing. And I can only offer a permanently income because my Corp is small at the moment  :)

The problem with that is then you might only get some people who just want to join for free stuff.  Those kind of players I try to avoid letting in. Though I do try to give pretty much everyone a chance. lol.

Been meaning to get on the forums for awhile now and seeing as how I just got recruited this morning I figured now was a good time to get on here. I was sort of wondering how that whole QP thing was going to work when you first told me about that in your message, I sort of figured there were some kind of restrictions/limitations that would come with it, so yea didn't really join for that just thought I would make that clear since you folks were already talking about it xD

Maybe I should define our "corp income" more precisely: Not everyone gets this income! It depends on the Corp rank and the development of the player.

This offer by our Fleet Captain is a personal thing and don't represents the official ITO stance.

Firstly, I'd like to say that I fully intend to keep ITO in the best shape I can, and maintain it as an honorable, trustworthy, responisble corporation.

He abruptly, unexpectedly, and mysteriously left 48hrs ago, giving me leadership, only stating in the corp board:
"I leave the game. Don't give up, I'll give the leadership to JoolzVern. A good life for all of you."

Thirdly, we are still accepting new members, though I am still working to make sure we take care of our recent recruits so you may have to bear with me as I take care of my new duties as leader.

My module offer still stands, although I will not offer the QP income Jazz did, but for new players, provided I have the QP, I will provide enough for VIP status and possibly a nav officer as I have in the past to new recruits.

Well, one of our newer recruits, after taking full advantage of our benefits such as corp COM ships and our advice and help building high tech modules to get him started, had issues with my leadership(which I've no problem with) but rather than discussing it and hashing it out he decided to not be a team player.

So much so that among other things, he was not only discussing those issues with another corp leader instead, but actually keeping refugee pods until his planned exit of the corp because he had issues with the way I spent the taxes and didn't want to discuss it with me. I don't want anyone on the team that doesn't want to work together to advance, overcome differences, perfect our methods etc. rather than criticizing and being subversive so he's out. A corp divided cannot stand. Via con dios.

This will allow us to use the corp COM ship he was assigned to finance upgrades to the other corp and personal ships of the remaining team members. He had been assigned a ship I largely built myself and rather than using it for my own personal advancement, I let him use it for the betterment of the team. Now it can serve those of us that work together and we will be better off for it.

ITO is still recruiting and offers a SOS ship and the full guidance and support of the team to anyone that is driven, active and ambitious. To newer players we can help you get off to a great start. Maybe not quite as great as some of the other top10 corps but with us working together we will keep growing and helping each other until we're #1.

MK XXX doesn't necessarily mean XXX size :P perhaps it's just extra pockets and a carbon fiber weave that makes MK XXX superior

Captain an SOS ship:
With a few players having real life issues we have a number of SOS ships we can lend to new recruits.

Pilot a Combat vessel:
We just surpassed 46 million total corp ship power and our newest corporate combat vessel, "SpaceBaller" makes the fourth corporate combat ship in our fleet and upgrades are always in progress! The SSPeopleChipper, ShadowHawk, ITO III and SpaceBaller are excellent combat ships to help you grow and gain experience in the field of combat.

Mining:
We can help build mines and other modules for your mining vessel, but my position has been that combat is more worth my investment, so we have no corp mining vessels at this time.

Future:
Our corp manufacturing and research vessel is now full of labs and approaching 100K rp/hr and I'm now passing that around as I upgrade them further and build more combat modules as well.

As always, I try to make sure to give new members a few labs of their own and/or any other modules, advice, etc. I can give. We strive to help each other and grow so if you'd like to be part of the team feel free to apply to join ITO and/or let me know any questions you may have.
