Title: SPQRN Uranus
Post by: Rostin on October 13, 2014, 06:35:40 AM
As mentioned in a press release by the S.S. Syndicate earlier today; the Senate and People of New-Rome will be  constructing a base orbiting Uranus in the Sol System.

There is not much to look at right now, but once completed it will have various senatorial science stations as well as a public and corporate fueling depot and some very light defenses to deter pirate activity. Our base is open to the public, we only request that non Roman citizens refrain from setting up orbital stations or planetary modules at Uranus.

We also present a motion to SOL that the formal name of Uranus be changed to Caelus to reflect future New-Roman colonization efforts.

Thank you

Exactly. No Greek god name for the homeworld of New Rome  :12:

Good luck! If you need help with your base, especially in the combat aspect, you know that I'm only a message away. I'm deploying 10 ships that will stay in Sol full-time.

That will also leave other captains a bigger chance to catch up to me since those ships won't be earning anything..  :))
