1. Stations and planetary modules: for every 40k power, I will give 1 QP to the informant (e.g., a station with 1m power is worth 25 QPs). Power must be at least 50k. 2. Ships doing COMs: 1 QP for every 200k power of the pirate force (25 QPs for a 5m power COM mission). * Both offers have no power limit. * Both offers have no time limit. * Bonuses will be given in certain instances.
