Seriously, if you fancy some PvP action: ask whoever you intend to attack first if they're willing to skirmish. Pre-agreed PvP prevents us having to invoke our "article 5". Honestly I feel the same way, the difference is that I'm wise enough to know not to openly declare war on SSS. Sol is a starting point for all new players. SSS have enough power to just establish a base somewhere else, while less-powerful newbies just want Sol as a small mining base.
