Title: Weight Prospector Treasure odds by surface area

Appears the Prospector target algorithm weights equally for all bodies of a given type, 4-slots or higher, in the target Quadrant?

If so, this is unreasonable both for game play and for simple geologic reasons (far too many 4-slot Deposits).  Suggest weighting the odds of a given celestial body receiving a Prospector Treasure by its surface area.
