16  Feedback Terminal / "Bugs" and Problems / Re: Manufacturing, the expensive way! on: October 19, 2012, 10:43:58 AM
I actually think it IS a real 'problem'. But I also think it has been coded like that deliberately; and also, therefor (also when looking at the other games siremi made) think our beloved developer has no clue whatsoever about economics. (but do correct me if i'm wrong siremi!).
17  Feedback Terminal / "Bugs" and Problems / Re: Game won't recognise I killed the pirates on: October 19, 2012, 10:30:35 AM
I have the same problem. signal contractors board and send me to a coordinate, i chat with them, pirate ship appears, i attack and win...and then what? I get a small party of war prisoners, and the original contractors STILL want me to kill a pirate, and in orbit suddenly a new pirate ship appears. Pfft. wtf? Please fix this, cuz this has costed me half the bloody day. and yes, i only had 1 mission, i didn't pick up multiple ones. Basic standard stuff this; a standard mission and we get bugs? Please siremi, check your code before you release it upon us. (using chrome, btw).

I just found out that not only do i need to look at combat report, i need to actually press the 'return' button at bottom of the combat report before the contractors recognize success. I am extremely disappointed at this terrible coding on developer's behalf.

Edit; thinking about it, I think there's an issue with a flag. a flag should be added when you kill the pirates, mission_complete=1 or even a flag in the combat report that flags it as being 'read'after opening. Though there should not be a reason why you should read a combat report before finishing a quest. So It's a flag issue. should be extremely easy to fix.

Oh my...sorry about this suggestion, delete or ignore it, I see there's also a distress signal option in your standard Cargo screen..

Just a simple suggestion really; when out of fuel, can there be a distress signal option in System view? Now I have to go to Navigation screen to issue a distress signal if I run out, that might mess up my interstellar travel plans.

This to discourage multi-accounts and farming.
You mean to say, that is not strictly forbidden already? I ask because multi-accounts tend to completely ruin any game, whether it be a free MMO or a paid-for one. Since voting is locked to IP, shouldn't the whole registration be locked to a single IP, aswell?

When the auction system comes, will there be a way to 'sell' modules to fellow corporation members? Because that would be very helpful, why would let everyone invent the wheel, eh.
22  Feedback Terminal / Suggestions / Ship type visualizations on: September 21, 2012, 05:25:13 PM
One of the fun things as a goal, is trying to work hard to save up to eventually be able to upgrade your ship(s) to a larger type. However, even though it's practical to have more available equipment slots/tonnage, I was rather disappointed to see that all ships look exactly the same, apart from their sheer size.

My suggestion would be; wouldn't it be nice if various ship/hull types (all the way from shuttle to leviathan) would all have a different 'background' picture as visualization?  I'm not saying that the orbital view should change per se, but at least, the picture when you scan a ship or go to your module screen, can't that pic be more variable? All we have now is one design pic  that simply gets upscaled the larger your hull type is.

Kind regards,
LL.
