It's all moot at this point. Most marked sites are owned by LEOP. If you mine one without buying it first we will just take it back and put you on our KOS list. We are no longer fettered by senatorial procedures as we were when we were in SPQNR.

So, the treaty is  broken and must be reworked.

you may re-apply to the Empire. If you wish to join another corporation, the Empire will give you a good reference. You are an Imperial friend at the very least.

you are AWOL, please turn yourself in at the nearest Imperial location.

They also speed travel times/manufacturing times by one hour same as AP (but more expensive ... ((1QP costs 20 AP)) ... ).
