GCA's not as useful as hoped - no new players are using it to buy mods and get out of Ring 1 -, but still of occasional value to major players.  Worth stabilizing a bit more..

Let's see if the other GCA Founders are interested in amending the charter to allow alts of the leaders of the Top 4 corps to join as Sponsors?  You won't all quit or the game's dead anyway ;-)

Notion is Sponsors take on 1 active role: initiating and holding a 48-hour simple poll among themselves on whether to replace an absent or unresponsive Leader, and with whom, and whether to reinstate the former Leader should they once again become available to serve.

This assumes a Leader can be kicked.  GCA Sponsors have all priv except setting Ranks, and can Kick members.  Can a Leader be kicked like any other member, by anyone with kicking priv?  Can only the Leader set rank due to AG, or is that part of Corp setup? - Thanks!

yep. Potentially one of the biggest "heists" in AG history. 

Let's not jump to conclusions yet though - it's Summer break time.  I've sent Clavin a Forum mail assuming the best.  May well reach him since is linked to regular email by default.

If it is a loss, in practical terms it's meaningless to Raphael and almost meaningless to me.  Will have to make Odlid whole though..  Did you have anything at stake?  forget..  sorry..

Yup, seems we should build a new GCA or just restructure an existing corp to a new GCA.

We're thinking similarly re the existing :-)

if Odlid can't kick Clavin and become Leader, will send some PMs around to gauge interest, then we can see who (if any   is acceptable to everyone with a stake in GCA.

I'm sorry - I'm still around just on holiday and not playing as much.  What needs done?

I parked in GCA so I could act as Clavin's backup.  However, I do not have the ability to accept as GCA members either Publius nor Pokeboy  On June 1 Capt Clavin reduced my rank to Member.  There has been no other activity since then that I can see.

reduced your rank?!  Then this is no accident, and my alt would have been downgraded as well.  
Still, a lesson learned for RL on keeping strings attached..

Diamonds will work, thanks. I don't know exactly how much diamonds per QP is, but I can have the QP sent over to you. Also, I will join GCA for the diamonds.
