Good evening,
Captain Hawkmoor of the Solar Hawke, just joined the ranks and currently undergoing Academy training. Hope to see you all soon somewhere out along the spacelanes.

I have been looking for a game that combines more realistic interplay and strategy than hell-for-leather shooting up of wave after wave of ravening alien monsters; I'm more of your "lover/explorer/discoverer/trader/archaeologist" type than a rampant militaristic megalomaniac so if you see a battle in progress don't worry, I'll be running in the opposite direction as fast as my WHG can take my stubby little spacecraft.

Looking forward to gossiping with you on the ether-waves!
Respectfully,
H.
Cap't. SOLAR HAWKE

Captain's Log Stardate 300112.1
I would like to leave a message for KevinNLN of [NHC] Corps.

Message as follows: Dear Captain Kev, Sorry about raiding your MIF and destroying your orbital station at Beta Epsilon Indi, it was all in the name of learning. If you would like to contact me we will discuss terms of compensation for station loss. Regards, H. (Captain, Solar Hawke)

In other news, I can seriously say, at this time, that I really am impressed by what I have seen here so far. I can totally dig this game  13 Athough I don't think my dear wife quite see's the point yet!!!

Shortly on my way back to SOL System to graduate Academy. Yay me.
Regards,
H.

Don't worry about apologizing to him.  It is just a part of the game.  Kevin has a bad habit of leaving loads of mining modules and harvesters unprotected. No matter how many times I hit him he can't seem to learn it. The leader of NHC and another one of their top members I think have tried to tell him that. But I am not quite sure he gets it. I made a lot off him during my Christmas raids.  In the 0,0 area alone I would say I found more of his mines/modules then I did any other players and most undefended.

I am a miner and I appreciate Kevin for building all those mines (they are there and I didn't have to pay for them)...
and as long as I am a miner i will harvest any mine I see...

Kevin is starting to vex me...
his mines are either not mining or only have a couple of mined items...

it's making me survey the planet/moon and then decide if what is there is something I want...
