-- Too many times he is initiating attacks on me.  I will no longer go for
looting, but will seek to destroy his facilities. One for every attack he
attempts.

Note:  If he stops attacking, no problems.  There is room for both of us.
and we can successfully co-exist.  He has never contacted me, but I would
open the communications with him should he be open to this.  7

He's on several kill-on-sight lists.

I have never seen him outside of 0,0.  His ships are usually sitting somewhere offline when I do see them.  I usually send them jumping. lol

In certain peoples' cases, prudence is definitely better than valor.  12

He is the case of a pirate who isn't a very good player.  He will sometimes just leave his ships sitting in orbit of a planet when he goes offline. Including in the Sol system from time to time.  That is just a big no no. It is asking to be hit. Especially if it is a weaker ship. There are a lot of miners that like to do this as well. Some just don't seem to get how dumb it is though no matter how many times I have sent their ships jumping.
