I thought you got, on average, one QP for every 15 votes. It is not this way for me. I received 1 QP at the beginning of december and now 55 votes later it's still the only QP i have received. Has it been changed again and i dont know about it or is it a bug ?

i think something may have changed. i get 1 qp every 30 votes on average

on average, yes...
gauranteed, no...

I went 60+ votes without QP amd then got 5 in a row..
I'm at 37 votes now without...
