Cargo Space Error

I found a new bug for you Emi.  PMI recently created a corp storage ship. It's storage space is 90000 after cargo optimization (it still isn't finished yet).  When I go to transfer something to it, it show it only have 60000 space.

Your welcome.  It seems like the times it isn't applied is when transferring stuff to it.  On the cargo screen itself it is applied.  It also appears to be working correctly on the buy/sell stuff.
