More noob questions

So the 3 trade goods, they are only available to buy in Sol?  There is no way to manufacture these, but they can be found in COM missions as loot?

Marines and Civilian crew same deal - Sol only unless you capture some through piracy/COM missions?

The only trade good worth anything is fuel and medicine. Fuel for fueling your ships and medicines for SOS missions. Best to sell those on ring 4. Electronics and Food you earn you might as well sell to Sol. I never waste money on them. POWS can be good for adding crew to your ships for a cheaper price. If you get the crematorium you can turn them into fuel.

So far there is no way of making your own medicine. Though I wish it was possible.
