It registers, I think there might be browser compatibilities with their Capthca codes, I suggest using Firefox...

Theses problems are normal. I vote very much and some times i have problems to vote at APEX WEB GAMING or GAMEZ TOP 100. I often used the TOR Browser and so I think some of this problems also depend on your proxy location.

yeah i use chrome as my main browser but i notice that when voting from location to location, sometimes the process is different even when using same browser but at different locations. Sometimes the link/click is automatic, sometimes you have to manually push an acknowledgement. Never been an issue with Oz though (probably because i am from the land of Oz)
