Is there a way to transfer research to others in a Corp? Can you rotate Captaincy of a Corp owned research vessel and do it that way?

You can not transfer research points to other people.  Also if you set up a corp ship with science modules, when you switch command of it to someone else they won't get the research points for it.  PMI tested this out when corp ships were first added in.
