Hello GC members.
I where a "bit" offline in the game, but the Raplh wars woke up me and I am active again.After leaving the mad objective of Raplh of beign a pirate by the GC preasure, I returned to my lone and abandonated refugee for me and my ships, and after talking with Jam-Jul Lison about the Independence of 51 Pegasi,47 Ursae Majoris and GJ777 he recomended me to talk about this in the CG, and here I am.

I promise:
I promise that I will not attack any kind of ship or facility in planets,moons or space stations.
I will talk diplomatically with anyone who wants to settle in this 3 systems.
To do not cause problem in my space explorations around there.
I will provide the necesary matterials to the corps when they demand it to me(I will try...)
Anybody who wants to follow the Raplh cause is expulsed of this territory and will be attacked in case of beign seen by me.
I will help scouting the systems around to find anything of Raplh properties.

In case of beign accepted this Independence demand, I will create a corp called "Independent Stars Triangle"(The way is formed the territory is the same as a triangle)

Not sure what the others will say but in my opinion the GC at this time can neither approve or disapprove of this. We don't have anything in the charter yet for allowing non GC members claim of planets, moons and astroid belt. Let alone whole star systems. We do have something in the works though that I started.  Also the GC has never really laid official claim to any part of the galaxy except a few planets. I would say set up there if you want. Just understand the GC doesn't officially recongize it to be yours. Though we won't try to force it from you.  We also do appreciate any help you can give us in locating Raph. Though his labs are not usually too hard to fine since they are practicly everywhere. lol

In my opinion Alexander just do it! Maybe this systems are far out enough to be relatively safe, but keep in mind, that an official takeover of this systems can attract pirates.
So I you are shure to be able to hold this territory, the ITO as a memeber of the GC CAN NOT prohibit it.

Raph left a comment here but it has been removed.  This area is for non-gc members to make a request. However other non-gc members are not allowed to just chime in.  Only the original poster and GC representives may post back on issues on this board.

Then it will be a protectorate of mine,our forces has detected a nice quanty of Raplh labs in GJ777 as a manouver to declarate my independence I re-conquered that planet,one of our expeditionary group planted the new IST Banner in one of the captured labs.Now the planet will be a pacific and scientific planet.REPORT:
