These days, you can't send QP if you haven't spent USD 5 IRL.

the only criteria I know (for transferring QP) is to have VIP status. Go to the 'pledge' page and then trade AP for QP via the 'BUY-WITH_SOLARS button. You can also get them buy purchasing them with USD.

Marcus / raptor is correct. Although it used to be anyone could send QP. when Sir emi added AP he changed that. As I have only paid for $2 USD for QP it is impossible for me to currently send QP. That was the reason I had you send the QP to resolve the ridd1ck issue to marcus.

  Darrell, I do not mean to be rude, but you haven't resolved poop with me, it's through the graces of Emperor Sargas that the conflict was resolved, not by your doing nor by mine. I would be careful threading lightly over that fact, especially the way you circumvent treaties to suit your personal needs and nothing else. Allthough I am censored by my Emperor, do not think to sleep lightly. I would watch my back if I were you. This is not a threat, but a fact.

That was the reason I had you send the QP to resolve the ridd1ck issue to marcus. I understand. Since Marcus paid at least 2.5 times as you in donations, he could share while you could not. I don't like that aspect of 'higher-than-minimum' donation.

I did not know that. SirEmi, this is wrong on so many ethical levels. Are you telling me that because I donated USD to the game I have basic VIP priviliges that are are not awarded to other VIP's?
