Ship modules change position / re-order in ship

Implemented as suggested, you can now change a module position on the ship by going to:

Ship->Modules->Cargo bay modules

Then just click on an empty slot then click on the module on the ship and it will change it's position.

Makes it a bit easier to keep your ship in order.
