Issue Getting Another Ship

Prolly isn't a bug just me being stupid but it says I have 2 licenses available actually. Bought another hoping that was my problem. But I still get the

You do not have a license to own a new ship!
You can acquire a new license from Comms->Ships or sell a used ship.
All new ships need to be authorized by the SOL Corporation via a license.


Error whenever I try to buy a 3rd ship

Double check your licenses.  Your first one you get when you get your first ship but when you are given your 2nd ship for graduating you are not given the 2nd license.  To get a 3rd ship you will need to buy a third license.  Costly I know. I got my 3rd ship last weds.

Yea I misunderstood how that page works I thought that referred to how many available licenses you had.
