Mining specialists

Now you have made AP to speed things up, the only thing u can't speed up is mining.

One thing that could make mining more interesting was the possibility to hire a mining specialists under "Hire officers / specialists"

Once you hire the mining specialists the auto upload timer was 1 hour or preferable modul full*, instead of 6 hours.
The mining specialist should also be able to increase cargo capacity of the module and speed up mining. (Add)
This will make the extraction of minerals and gases more fast and profitable.

*Would remove the max MK upgrade of mine / harvest modules.

Similar suggestions were made many times in the past, yet SirEmi unfortunately didn't address it.

Maybe someday mining will be worth while... maybe... probably not. It truly makes me sad. =/
