Excuse me, but what was being researched in the labs?
sargas:
According to my sources, the research there was in the medicinal field. I’ll know more about that after my staff has gleaned all they can from our reports.

Yes. There are targets in a war. strategic, tactical, economic, morale. Each of the above targets can satisfy at least two of the criteria.
However, a civilized man does not rape, pillage, loot, or otherwise terrorize a community and then destroy it as an act of war.

sargas;
No, I cannot. There are Security Codes in place that prevent me from saying anything in that area.
