Earlier today, I had the fortune of running into Lord Sargas, the CEO of Sargas Explorations. I asked him about validating the rumor of an upcoming ‘Galactic Charter’.
His ‘NO COMMENT’ comment was:
“I have no knowledge , until now, concerning a ‘Galactic Charter’. Sargas Explorations are not privy to the diplomatic affairs of the PMI corporation, nor that of any other corporation. What exactly did you hear?
You may need to contact JamJul-Lison, the CEO of PMI.”

And with that statement, Lord Sargas took his leave.
