Like the salvage ship, i suggest a trade ship where it sells and buys mats. Maybe twice the price penalty of the salvage ship is a start. 1

A very good idea raphael! I think a trade ship should work like a moving orbital station. It would be great, if you could dock at a trade ship, to transfer goods.
