Hi and welcome to PMI news. This morning we have some big news to report on Admiral Raphael.  Earlier last night a member of PMI spotted some science stations belonging to well known outlaw Raphael in IUI 19012. PMI President Jam-Jul Lison immediately dispatched his personal raiding ship Cerberus to handle the matter.  After destroying and capturing some of the science labs, his crew reported back to him that they had found evidence that Raphael was researching weapons of mass destruction. Realizing how serious of a situation it was, Jam-Jul ordered the ship to search the rest of the system. More science were uncovered and either captured or destroyed. We have for you footage from the various battle.

As you can see here Admiral Raphael's mad scientist were no match for the brave men and women on board the Cerberus. Now we will take you to PMI President Jam-Jul Lison who has a statement prepared.

Jam-Jul Lison: Good morning everyone. First let me say thank you for letting me have your attention for a few minutes. Earlier a strike was made against the outlaw known as Admiral Raphael. Some of you may question why I made a strike against a science station in the first place with no intel on what they might be developing. The answer is simple. Raphael is nothing more then a terrorist. He pokes and prods us and makes threats of attack. While he hasn't done much real damage yet, it is clear at the very least he is trying to instill terror in us and that right there is what a terrorist does. While we at PMI might condone raiding for profit, we don't condone random destruction or someone making big threats trying to scare people. In the beginning PMI tried to remain neutral and over time we began to see we couldn't stand on the sidelines. That is when we approved adding him to the outlaw list and made our first strike. This was of course followed by several smalls strikes at our smaller members who unfortunately lost some property because of this. Since then we have made several small strikes at him while also having a standoff at Jupiter. He seems content to just annoy us there rather then actually destroy anything. He has already been run off several times. Up until this point we were working under the assumption he had his science labs on board his ships. However that no longer appears to be the case. After our first strike earlier we discovered his scientist were working on trying to develop some sort of super weapon. We of course could not allow Raphael to get his hands on this and proceeded to systematically wipe out every science lab we could find in the system. The information we discovered at each labs seemed to reveal the same information. What was more disturbing was on a small lone lab of his we found research for biogenic weapons. Needless to say we have alerted the authorities on Earth about this. After all what other world would he want to use such a weapon on.

Jam-Jul Lison: Admiral Raphael I have a proposal for you. If you agree to stand down and not attack any more GC Holdings, nothing else of yours shall be destroyed or captured by PMI  If you however refuse I promise you that any holdings you have on any planet, moon or asteroid belt will be found and destroyed. If you value the lives of those that serve under you, you will stand down. You can't hide forever. There use to be a time that hiding was easy in the galaxy. But not anymore. With advances in engines and multiple corporations working together it is just a matter of time before we find anything else you might be trying to hide.

During SCOUTMASTER's cleanup process, Admiral Raphael chose to attempt a block with force using one of his personal combat vessels.
The call to SCBM VANGUARD went out, who was over 122ly away in a distant system to come to SCOUTMASTER's aid. VANGUARD's crew rallied to the call of arms, and under extreme working conditions, pushed themselves and their vessel to the extreme, to move into position to assist SCOUTMASTER before Raphael's much larger force was able to maneuver a combat solution against her. Commendations will be awarded to VANGUARD's captain and crew for due diligence, quick response and success to a difficult task asked of her and bravery.
