went to bed with nothing wrong and woke up to 'acnowledgement of permission to exist' can no longer be found...
my status now seems to be that of a fresh graduate.

I had requested to SirEmi that both your gc status and that of NHC leader Teteeeeu be removed.  Should have been simple enough.  It appears though that perhaps SirEmi accidentally deleted both of your accounts. I can't say I am too pleased to have seen that happen since changing your ranks should have been simple enough

There is nothing I can do if he deleted your account.  There is nothing to fix.  All he should have done was remove your GC Ranking. Not delete your account.  But since he seemed to have done that, there is nothing I can do.  He might be able to manually increase your post count.  But I am not sure what sort of settings he even has on this forum.

I cleared a few inactive forum members, was actually searching for a plugin to clear them if they where innactive for 6 months.

So sorry, I've probably accidentally cleared the two accounts, please let me know what # of posts and reputation you had and I'll restore it.
