In rush doing the com at my lunch hour. I has start the COM over another player. to not dump the com on that  player. I has canel my COM and pay the fine. but fleet has not been remove from game field. It this bug or not?

I doubt it. Try to make sure to check first before using them. If you do accidentally do this message the pilot apologizing and then either try to complete both COMs. let them finish both, or see if a friend can help clear them out for you both.

SirEmi, there is a simple solution to this problem. Maybe you can just add another conversation screen stating that there are already pirates in the area. Something like this:

"Captain lisunken! There are already other pirate hijackers (or looters) in the area! Commencing our attack now will make our mission harder! Shall we continue?"
