In the cargo log for corp ships it should tell you who started a manufacturing task.  1

It is a facet of leadership to keep track of those little activities. Your people should tell you what they are building in the corporate factories.

Well it gets confusing when modules take weeks to complete and you can't remember who started what. It's an easy addition, not sure why it would be a bad idea

Better yet: allow a note to be added to a manufacturing job. That way you could actually tag the end customer. More often than not, lower ranked players just deliver the mats and (in our corp) the Armicustos starts the actual production because of his tech levels. It still wouldn't help a lot to know who started production.
