Newbie questions from Steerpike

Hi everyone,

I'm on step 15 of the tutorial and I'm being asked to install Iridium armor plates. However, I do not have a free space on my ship to install it. When I tried to move an existing module to a cargo bay so I can install the Iridium plates, I don't have enough room in the cargo bay. Am I missing something or is there a better way to replace an installed module with one in the cargo bay?

deploy a station, deploy a module to the station, install the armor, remove the armor, scoop the module from the station, scoop the station, and go on your merry way...
