You can also message or reply to support@etvirtualworlds.com if you have any problems, like you don't remember your email or forum account issues etc.

For future reference you might want to verify your email in account options:
http://www.astro-galaxy.com/index.php?action=act_opt

If you are able to verify the email, you should also be able to receive forgot password emails.
